Aditi Shah Mathur -
CEO,

An Architect and
Interior Designer by education, I am an organizer, a
creator and a person who naturally gets along with kids.
I specialize in designing and creating resources for
children. I enjoy creating/ designing environment for
children. I am a keen learner and learn by observing
others. I constantly work on change in me - I bring
change in my lifestyle, thinking and environment -
that's keep me interested in life for ever. That also
makes me a different person every time you meet me.
I am a counsellor and
specialize in giving parents guidance over any kinds of
issues. I am trainer to parents and teachers. |

Ratnesh Mathur - Co-Founder,
Trainer
I appreciate learning
more as a student then a teacher. With a zest of a
child I have been actively involved in studying,
understanding and implementing learning and
teaching strategies.
I am an engineer & an
MBA from IIM but the real kick I have got is from
working with children from one year to teenagers.
I have worked intensely
with parents and teachers with more than 400
workshops, designing resources and writing
profusely in newspapers, magazines and through our
hugely popular parenting e-zine.

While I was the one
who gave geniekids its name, currently I serve
Geniekids as a strategic advisor.
I have keen interest in kids and their overall and
balanced education. I have teaching experience with
Saturday School for Scholars & Leaders at Georgia
State University (USA) where I have conducted
workshops with middle school kids. But perhaps my
photography best reflects my interest in kids, whom I
consider my all-time favorite subjects. I have an MBA
from Georgia State University, USA and am a Gold Medal
Architect.

After wandering around every where I have settled down
with genie kids. I graduated in Bachelor of Business
Administration from K.L.E s Hubli I like to work with
children, I love to be around with people and
understand them. I like to constantly learn and upgrade

my own pace . I like dancing and hairstyling .I also
love nature and wildlife.

I I am innovative Geetha, a
science graduate who joined the TTT programme with an
intention of starting a play home. Being hooked by the
principles of geniekids I became a facilitator to have great
experiences with kids. And I came to know that both teaching
and learning could be so much interesting and filled with
fun. I am fascinated working with kids and enjoy sharing
their experiences with an open heart and mind as it boosts
me up to bring out the best in them. |

Hi , I am Girija a personnel management
post graduate with a B.Ed by education. I am a person who
likes to be with people. After exploring several options I
realized connecting with children is what motivates me the
most. TTT course from Geniekids helped me realize that each
child is special in his/her ways. The joy that I get being
non judgemental and enjoying myself with them is immense. |

I am a software engineer with
masters in computer Engg, but I find working with children
and interacting with them at various levels, more exciting.
I have great interest in kids and
their overall development . I like to analyze and think
about how kids grow, build their strengths. I thoroughly

environment which is conducive to thinking for them. I design
and conduct activities involving habits of mind and

empathetic. I have a masters degree in Business Administration. I enjoy working with children because

I am Nehal Thanawala. I am
a Home-Science graduate. I attended "Train The
Trainer" (TTT) course at Geniekids and since then
life has not
been the same. After TTT,
I joined Geniekids
as a facilitator and I discovered that all "I
CAN'T"s
can be turned into " I CAN
TRY".
I realized that life is
not only about 'aiming upwards' or 'moving upwards',
with child we
need to sit down on knees, look into their eyes,
lend ears to them - and be one of them.
Communication channel from their side is always
open, *we* need to tune-in.

I am cheerful Padma, facilitator for children learning in colorful ways.I am a BCom graduate with TTT training. I am polite and understanding with children. I am capable of seeing and bringing out the giftedness inside the children.
I love to work with children because it helps me learn more new things. It is very challenging and interesting to work with children. By working with children it keeps my mind always young and cheerful. While working with different children it helps me to try and see the gifted treasure inside every child as well as in me and I try to bring out those things.

Rekha. I am a naturally calm, optimistic and positive
thinker. I find myself very happy and fresh with kids
and nature. I always find similarities between nature
and kids because both are refreshing, motivating, and
energizing.
I am a graduate in commerce. I know software
programming and have done TTT course in geniekids. But
I believe learning is an ongoing process. I learn
everyday from every single child. I believe that every
child is gifted and we need to open our gift. I enjoy
discovering gifts by working in Genie Kids. |

I am an optimist with lots of patience. I
am a science graduate from Delhi University and a PG Diploma
holder in Computer Applications from NIIT. After a brief
stint in the IT industry I decided to become a homemaker.
This gave me a lot of time to spend with my children and
their friends. I always wanted to give children an
environment where their imagination, curiosity and thinking
skills can be developed. After doing my TTT training in
Geniekids I am now looking forward to enjoy myself with
children creating and being part of such an environment.

I'm Shivani,
have done my masters in Pharmacy from Manipal. Have also specialised in yoga and mind
resting techniques. Worked for 3 years with people, helping
them to understand themselves better. I believe that I have
a great purpose to fulfill in life and make a difference in
the world around me. When my son was born, I decided to take
a step to understand and work
with children. I have a
vision of reaching out to as many young ones and
be a part of their world - full of wonder,
curiosity and freedom and fun.

I have done Masters in Psychology
and have dabbled with teaching for some time. I have also
learnt German and taught German for a brief period of time.
i have recently learnt Yoga and meditation and have found it
very useful ,especially to reduce stress.
I love working with children, as i feel there is a lot to
learn from them. I also feel what one learns from and with
children, is something very interesting and awesome. Being
and working with children gives me lot of opportunities to
do things i have not done in my own childhood.
