There lived a cap seller.  On eday he was going to another village so he had to cross the jungle. As he entered the jungle he felt fresh - Deep breathe in and out - Say all together "I am feeling fresh".

He saw trees and branches were swinging - let us swing like a tree - swing body and hands.

He saw a monkey who was jumping from tree to tree - let us all become monkey and jump. Paly a game of monkey jumping.

Then on the way he stopped to rest - Breathe out and relax in your place.

He went to sleep under the tree - become tree - tree asana. Tree is strong - you are also strong.

Now let us all sleep under the tree - lie down and relax.

The cap seller was dreaming - He became light as a feather and flew up in the sky till he reached teh clouds. He sat on one cloud and felt the coldness of the clouds. And the cloud too the feather all around high in the sky -- the feather could see his house, geniekids, park. Then the feather felt sleepy the cluds said bye and came down, down - slept on the mat - slowly the feather turned into the cap seller.

While he was sleeping the monkeys took away the cap seller's caps - now the cap seller was sad- How do you feel when you loose your toys? Cap seller asked can you give me cap - the monkeys said NO.

Cap seller threw his cap and all the other monkeys also threw caps. The cap seller collected all the caps and was happy - When you are happy how do you laugh? All together laugh.
