CAKE RECIPE INGREDIENTS

1 250 GRAM MAIDA

2 1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA

3 1TEASPOON METHA SODA

4 HALF TEASPOON COFFEE POWDER

5 3 TABLESPOON DRINKING CHOCOLATE POWDER / COCO POWDER

6 125 GRAM BUTTER

7 1 TEASPOON VANILLA ESSENCE

8 1 250ML COCO COLA / SODA

9 400 GRAM TIN MILK MATE

METHOD

 * preheat oven -110 degree c

* sieve the maida , baking soda , metha soda , coffee powder and chocolate powder 3 times

* melt the butter * open milk mate and add butter mix well

* now add 2 spoon maida mix & little coco cola/soda

* repeat process * add essence

* put butter and sprinkle maida in baking vessel

* pour the dough from top with hand take out left part

* poke with knife in all coneres and middle

* bake at 200 degree c

* let cool down
