Setting an example

Today with parents we made puppets and children were telling story. Children who generally tell story alone had to be coaxed by parents .One child even showed his brother to take crayons only in apple basket.

Understanding Co-operation

When I expressed I was upset and want to sit aside for five minutes, one little genie came to me and said Aunty I will co-operate. The way he used the word was really amazing and it was not only the word he used, he actually meant it because he went and sat in the circle.

Playing house house

Children were doing role play of their of setting up their house.What I observed was each one was trying to imitate what was happening at home.e.g. one of them was sitting the way the father reads the newspaper and was asking somebody to bring tea. One of them was screaming for his mama to get milk or him.

Observing lil sis

Today we were making a family card and I had one little on who was very eager to talk about his little sister .He kept describing in detail how his sisiter sleeps , smile it was amazing to note how keenly he observes his sister.

Nosing around

Today when aunty put on a funny nose and was dancing around everybody tried on their own to make some kind of nose with newspaper. I enjoyed the way they were tearing paper and sticking on their nose and laughing.
