Aarohi Fees

Field Trip / extra resources advance for Aarohi:
*      Outdoor School (every Friday Fields Trip's expenses will be at actuals - this would include transportation cost, any entry fee, or professional fee to be given to the visited institution or any other incidental expenses.

Similarly whenever we call an expert to our center - these expenses will be at actuals (example we call a carpenter or a potter or a naturalist, etc).  All such expenses will be informed to parents (for their concurrence) in advance
*      An advance of Rs3000/- (per child) will be made by all parents for field trips in June2011. An online statement of expenses will be maintained, with current balance always in knowledge of parents. This will be replenished as required.

*      Aarohi Children also make Outbound tours to other cities. Such trips are of 2-4 days duration and include food, stay and other expenses other than transport and also cost of planning such an event (recon trips).
Each trip will be budgeted and parents will need to separately pay that budgeted cost in advance before each trip. Again an online statement of tour expenses will be maintained, with current balance always in knowledge of parents. This will be replenished as required.
