Aarohi Parents

Parents are part of Aaorhi. Involvement of parents in Aarohi depends on your needs, desire and convenience - but the doors are always open.

Parent Involvement is not a necessity but an approach and a platform to UNDERSTAND Aarohi and learning. Even if parents do not take part no effect on quality of the learning @ Aarohi for your child.

We are open to take any feedback/ inputs from parents. But if any parent have any specific idea to change any learning or working methodologies we expect them to first understand and then ask for change in system. To understand we invite you to come for observation, do research, prepare and share your thoughts, understand our methodologies, work with chidlren - this process automatically lead to observing ideas form you and merge in existing methodologies.

SELF Involvement

• Child observation, Session reports
• Reviews, Parents Manthan
• Weekly reflection at home
• Meet coordinator/ faculty for child specific concern

GROUP Involvement

Parents coordinator – With rotation 3-4 parents take up the role of parent coordinator. They coordinate any event, Friday workshop etc. Parent coordinator meet in the beginning of the month with the Aarohi coordinator.

Friday workshop – By rotation TWO parents take workshop with children every Friday. The theme, the process all are decided and managed by parents.

Parent Volunteer - You can be volunteer as per the need. We normally send our requirement by weekly newsletter else you can also initiate the ideas you have.

• KAA trip planning
• Aarohi Constitutional Team
• Share your Expertise and take up session, come as guest faculty for one or more session as per the need.
• Do research for the topics going on in sessions and share.

5. Overall planning - what all goes in school - facilities, etc etc based on the vision

COMMUNITY Involvement
Beocme familir with other parents. Let your chidlren interact off school. Visit places together.
