Child Leaving

PDF version

While the decision is purely parents but Aarohi team is equally involve  - hence we think the decision needs to taken together, discussed in advance.

There can be many reason you would like to discontinue

  1. Change of place
  2. Distance or any other logistic
  3. Fee or any other financial constraint
  4. Child not liking or asking for any other school
  5. Parents not satisfied and looking for something else

Aarohi is transparent and open system for parents - we expect the same transparency and openness from parents too - whatever is the case.

If you are not satisfied - we work with you and open to take any feedback within our philosophy. And if does not work we are open to you shifting to another system.

We do not claim that the Aaorhi will suit all children and their parents - like any system Aarohi too has its own pros and cons.

While the decision is purely parents but Aarohi team is equally involve  - We expect honest and frank interaction with parents.

Let us work as PARTNERS.

Child Leaving

Submitted by astha on Wed, 12 Jan 2011.

We have a similar expectation in offices - talk before you decide to quit. Though it doesn't happen always, it is guaranteed that you get one chance to hear because the person quitting has to settle the accounts - getting relieving letter, leave encashment, etc. Regular schools follow similar mechanism by holding the birth certificates, T.C, etc. I sometimes feel that all systems would have started with openness, freedom, flexibility, etc. It is the exceptions that we try to cater to and end up putting 'rules'. I just wish we can manage to not follow the same trend in our school.
