Monitoring Progress
There are many ways you get feedback about how your child is doing in Geniekids.
- Faculty observation : Child observation is entered everyday. read more
- Parent Observation - We encourage parents to come inside the class for observation - read more
- Child Tracking - We track the child's progress every month based on observation - read more
- Child feedback - every quarter one to one feedback is given to parents - read more
What we do not do
- If you ask casually how is my child doing - we are not able to give you any answer except a smile and reminder to do any of the above. Pl expect a "he/She is fine" (with a smile) if you ask this question to any one of us.
- Do not give feedback about the child in front of the child
- Do not give any report card - we find ourselves to be no-one to JUDGE any child and give a report card. Instead we give our observation and ways to move ahead.
