When a child is hurt in School
As children start interacting with each other initially biting, hitting, pushing will be happen inside the class. In case of any bruise, biting, hurt, fall, we immediately send the child to reception and attend with first aid. Depending on the severity either immediately or when you come to pick up or faculty will call after the session. We inofrm TRULTY what happened inside the class.

Step 1 - Attend to the child IMMEDIATELY
Immediately take hurt child to reception and we will attend with first aid. Take any medical issue sincerely- even a small scratch can hurt child so take action.
- If the hurt is trivial: scratch, tiny bruise, little bump - then we inform when the child is picked up.
- if it is more than that then we call up and inform - immediately - telling the parents what first Aid we have given and also giving them a clear picture of the severity of the hurt (our judgment) and leaving the parents to decide what to do - pick the child immediately or at pick up time.
- Even if the child has fever or not feeling well - inform at the reception.
- ATTEND to the child at priority
- Who has hurt - be normal with that child. Ask how he would like to take care of other child. Remind him - you can talk when you want something.
- use one word "NO biting" "it hurts" "dangerous". - Pl do not ask "why did you hurt"

Step 2
Call up parents after the session and inform about the hurt. Be honest - no defense.
