Parent Feedback

We believe in working ALONG with parents. Whenever any parent/ child has any concern we are open to LISTEN and make work for each other.

The faculty is working with their 200% commitment for EACH child.

Sometimes we may LOOK to be failure, Sometimes we may look to be successful  - in both the cases ALL The FACULTY is working to ensure UNDERSTANDING EACH child. As we do not compare the children - we do not compare the faculty too - for us every faculty comes with her/ his own bundle of strengths an weaknesses - but what bring all of us as a team in geniekids is "YEARN TO make things better for every child and work for EACH child".

Whenever we get any feedback from any child or any parent EACH FACULTY look into the system and EAGERLY READY  to make changes in the approach

We value every single feedback given to us. If we are not able to give time to you due to our involvement in the program – please send us a mail – we will surely respond. Or call us during working hours.

• If you want to speak to us regarding anything related to Geniekids, please come 20 minutes before the child’s pick up time and speak to us at the reception.

• Pl do not speak to us after receiving the child. At that moment the child needs your attention.
• We do not discuss about the child in front of the child.
• If you wish to give any message to the faculty regarding your child - please give a written note at the reception or send an email. Verbal instructions tend to get missed hence not encouraged.
• In the same way if faculty has to give you any message they too will follow the same procedure - they will send a written note or send an email to you.

If your child has any complain – As a first step, encourage your child to talk to the concerned faculty. Or ask your child to write a note to faculty. If nothing works – talk to us.

If your child is reluctant to come for the program:  Kindly inform us. In most case we are able to make rapport with child. We may guide you to how to make this happen and may need your assistance in doing so. However realise that a child reluctance could be either due to small reasons (which can be easily taken care of) or due to external factors. In any case, for us a child's reluctance, is neither a judgment on our program nor on the child.
