Pajama Party

VEENA: Kids came to the class by carrying the big bags. As they came they were asking why the class is dark and why I have put the curtains. Some showed their new night dress and blankets. Kids shared their toys and read each others book. We pretend to be slept in the class. After the meditation few kids went to bathroom and brushed their teeth and washed their mouth. We then went to the sun shine area and saw the photos. Kids were excited to see theirs and their parents photos and grand parents photos. Kids were showing each others photos.They were also remembering where they went to the field trip. We then came back to the class and had our snacks. while having the snacks some kids told they are going to other school and are not coming back to the geniekids.We packed all our things in the bag and kept them. We again went to the sun shine area and saw the Aarohi kids dance. Kids enjoyed watching the dance and doing the dance. Some just sat and observed the other kids dancing. Some tried to follow the bigger kids steps. We came back to class and enjoyed eating the pop corn and drinking juice. We collected our file bags and our photos and went home saying bye bye to each other.

Meera: They stepped into our class and were excited to see the class so dark. Some of them asked where their butterflies and dolbaja snaps were as they saw them missing. Some of the children saw each other and exchanged words that they missed them in class. Some children  got the krishna book, pillows, tiger, nemo, mickey mouse, a baby,robot, car toy etc. Some children wanted to make cards for each other. Some children took out their tooth brushes and went to the bathroom and brought it back without brushing. During snack time we discussed what was their favorite activity . Most of them said coloring, painting etc. We also discussed who will be in geniekids and where others are going. We discussed about what is their favorite story was which they read in the night. We listened to the old songs and recollected the words during snack time. In the sunshine area they danced with their friends and had a masti time. One child did not like aunty dancing and kept pulling my legs down. Finally they were so thirsty and hungry and were happy having popcorns and rasna. They took their file bags and other things and hugged each other before going. It was a nice work out for all of us before the party. Thanks for the short and sweet party.
