Rachana 13ttt says: The discussion took place on difficulties the children will have when they are learning new things, as parents and teachers how to understand their difficulties and how to motivate them to do their work. What I understood was it is important to put ourselves in their position and know or understand the problems faced by them. If I know what motivates me to do a particular work, then I will be in a better position to motivate the children do that work.
 
Sumana Gururaj 11ttt says : The story about the dolphin and the fishes ..had made me unclear about what is a fish and why i should I not give a fish when he does a good job.After a deep thinking i think i understood what Ratnesh meant by it .My understanding of it is LOVE should be shown and given JUST LIKE THAT ....NOT AS A REWARD WHEN PEOPLE PERFORM TO OUR LIKING (WAY).And by giving fish simply we would be MOTIVATING them to be  themselves  to their best. GIVING FISHES SIMPLY .....IS A REALLY WONDERFUL STATEMENT THAT I WILLL CARRY WITH  ME ALL THE TIME!!!...
