Anjali 13ttt says: A lot of conditioning that we are breaking out of. The natural responses are to get children to answer, focus on knowledge and need them to learn. I realized that this is what we have done throughout our education and it definitely didn't help me develop my own thinking. So, its a good idea to break out and try different ways.
Savitri 13ttt (Online) says: Facilitation is not an innate gift; rather, it is a learned skill. The profession of teaching gives teachers much experience in facilitation. By examining what has worked and what hasn't, teachers can take their facilitation experience and turn it into a skill that will help them to produce major changes in their schools .
Ami 13ttt says: the importance of facilitation is that when we understand that the child does not need facilitation......he is capable of doing everything on his own and by the best way that he can do......when we put questions to the child, it shuld support him to just explore.
Sumana 11ttt says:I enjoyed this session…The best take home of this session was the fact that facilitation is the requirement of the facilitator and not of the child…This understanding is the key to understand the children and their behaviour…. This awareness helps is very imp as a facilitator
