Sarang 11ttt says: To conduct a session successfully these are definitely the two key elements we need to keep in mind. The child is the doer and the initiator and you are the facilitator. Once this is used as the basis to plan the session the rest will follow suit. At every stage some of question’s a facilitator should check on – is the child enjoying, is he thinking? If not then the teaching is of no use. The child is the focus and not the teaching.
