Theater Magic
Have heard so much about the sessions...the 3 weeks got over so soon :-(
Appreciate your efforts - we are told that being at "Theatre magic" was full of fun, learning, teamwork under no pressure of any kind.
It was so wonderful and touching to hear Swapna say these words.... "we were free to do and express whatever we felt like, there is no such thing as "mistake" - its about improving and Uncle never forced us to do anything but gave us a choice, and if any child did or said anything wrong, he/she was made to realise in a very nice way not shouted at - we feel we are a better team now". I had a message for me in it, I am sure.
The kids just love interacting and being with you. Appreciate and grateful for spending time that has obviously made them feel so good deep within.Smitha, (Mother of Swapna) -
Smart Genie
i would like to 'thank you' for the Smart genie programme. The kids have been having a wonderful time. We are slowly breaking the news to the children that it would get over next week. Sujatha has been amazing with the kids. The kids adore her. I am moved at her dedication to the whole programme.

Enjoyed
I could enroll my child only for the last two weeks. As I could understand from my daughter Renee, she has enjoyed the two weeks of the program. She was very happy going to Genniekids. When we ask her, what did you do? she used to tell, I was very busy doing lot of things....painting,cutting, pasting, doing something with clay etc. She is just 5 years old, I couldn't get much more detailed feed back. I couldn't get any other clue to measure the effectiveness. But, I believe these two weeks were very useful.

Today morning as I was on the way to Genie kids to drop Radhika for her holiday camp, she tells me that "why cant the teachers at all my schools be like Genie kids aunties ? "
..........there is this huge self esteem that your team is building in kids ; they seem to like themselves more while they are doing activities at Genie kids.

Shy opening up
We are very happy with the programs, 'Discover Me' and 'Global Games', attended by our kid (7 years old)@Genekids. He enjoyed his summer classes.
He is a shy child to get along with other kids freely. We felt that he has little bit improved upon that after attending the classes. ThanksKalavathy Gurusamy -
My child is loving Geniekids
Today at breakfast my son Kahf was telling me "Papa, today is the last day to geniekids, after that I won't go to geniekids?" I answered him "Beta that was only a five day programme and again you will go in your next holidays" He started crying and said "No papa I want to go to geniekids everyday, I like it very much there are so many toys, so many new friends and aunty and everybody is very good over there." I was not able to covince in any way so I just told him " O.K. next week again you will go" and he gave a wicked smile and went with the autowala to geniekids leaving me think what is so special that has made him go everyday and enjoy so much at geniekids.

For the second time during her holidays, my daughter has attended the holiday camp at Genie kids. Though initially i chose this only as a way to engage her while we are away at office, i am quite pleased that she enjoys her sessions very much.
When we had holiday during this week, i told her "Shall we go to wonderla, you don't have to go to genie kids!". She says " can we make it in the afternoon so that i can go to genie kids in the morning!" Thanks very much - ShyamaShyama Narendranath -
Acceptance at Summer camp
Shubham just loved to be at the summer camp at your place.
What i appreciated was he was accepted for what he was amongst all kids and his self esteem boosted like 10folds, he is looking forward for the next summer to be at Genie kids again.
Our sincere thanks for all the support and encouragement.
How i wish you create an special wing for kids with Autism, so that they could also enjoy the same. Great job. Keep up the great job.

AwakeningThe ppt and article on MI was really awakening. In our busy pace of life we are in such a great hurry to see our children top in the mad rat race. I wish I knew about geneikids earlier. I have forwarded this mail to my friends who have small children so that they do not miss the opportunity I missed. But to be honest we are all set in such a mould that I am sure every body would say it is great, but I cannot afford to risk my child not being in the rat race. Although I would love my child to be a part of geneikids atleast in the summers, but unfortunately I can't afford more than one module.looking forward for the next year.
