Workshop Aarohi

Workshop is skill based. Focus is on enhancing and developing our existing skills, learning new skills. The objective of the workshop is to expose them to different skills and experiment using /doing things using the acquired skills. initially we read, understand and try and do things ourselves.
We explore and experiment. We call for professionals when required who can come and demonstrate how to do things. For eg. if we want to do gardening we grow small saplings, we will do activities related to gardening, play games related to the  same we read what all is required. We will observe daily how much it has grown note down the measurements etc. We will then move into a bigger area or decide on growing different things. So we will ourselves do the groundwork of digging etc. We may call in gardener who will show us the method to sow seeds etc.
Each child 's interest will be varied and it will be taken care by having five different workshops for five days. Each workshop will be of a duration of 12-15 weeks, So keeping in mind this we will be doing different workshops so we that  all the  children are involved  in the workshops.
