I appreciate learning more as a student then a teacher. With a zest of a child I have been actively involved in studying, understanding and implementing learning and teaching strategies.

I am an engineer & an MBA from IIM but the real kick I have got is from working with children from one year to teenagers.

I have worked intensely with parents and teachers with more than 800 workshops, designing resources and writing profusely in newspapers, magazines and through our hugely popular parenting e-zine. 

I am available for interviews, consultancy, speaking engagements and training.

Thank you Ratnesh for conceptualizing and designing such a wonderful programme as the TTT. Thanks to you I got an opportunity to discover the "magic" in me and also in the people around me.

Ratnesh to me is a turning point,not an individual. The first turning point happened during TTT, since then I've only been turning:)...Thank you for opening up a whole new wotld of discovery, options,of thought process,of new ways to work with children.

You are source of my "implementation". You give shape to my ideas and take them further with lot of commitment. You are truly a "thinking" backbone of geniekids. I admire your capacity to form your OWN ideas and thoughts about "learning". You are simple, child at heart and a GREAT partner to work with.

It is really nice to see how you keep adding new things on the website, how you keep giving ideas that value add to facilitation, how you encourage learners in all possible ways to learn and grow. The latest addition of a funny quote of the day on the website is a very interesting addition.
There is always so much to learn from you.
