I appreciate learning more as a student then a teacher. With a zest of a child I have been actively involved in studying, understanding and implementing learning and teaching strategies.
I am an engineer & an MBA from IIM but the real kick I have got is from working with children from one year to teenagers.
I have worked intensely with parents and teachers with more than 800 workshops, designing resources and writing profusely in newspapers, magazines and through our hugely popular parenting e-zine.
I am available for interviews, consultancy, speaking engagements and training.

Ratnesh is a wonderful human being. He made me sensitive to the child's perspective/view point. This has helped me in connecting with children better. He is also a thoughtful person and is full of ideas. Every meeting with him has been a great learning for me.

Always calm and smiling. Never ever heard saying you are wrong or that is not coorect to others, always appreciate and encourage the team. Welcomes all the ideas, never says no to anything, trying different things at Gk and always there to help as invisible man.
