Q1: Do you provide transport?
A: No, we do not; kindly arrange the same yourself.

Q2: How many children in one group?
A: Upto 6 years 12max in a group, for 7+ age, max 15 - each group with one facilitator.

Q3: What if my child misses a session?
A: No session is repeated - hence any session missed cannot be brought back or compensated in any which way. However, we feel if once in a while a child misses a session the child should not lose any continuity. For that purpose in each program there will a few extra sessions - hence flexibility to accommodate any unforeseen exigency. However, please note only if child is regular, he or she gets the best out of the program.

Q4: Can I try the program for 1-2 sessions? What if I want to cancel registration in between?
A: This kind of program takes time for children to settle down, for us to build rapport and for child to start benefiting from the program. Hence trial does not help - neither the child nor the parents. However, for some reason if you have to withdraw your child in between, registration amount is refunded pro rata. You need not give the reason for withdrawal, but cancellation is effected only from the time you inform us.

Q5: How do I register?
A: You can drop into our center and register by filling a small form and paying up (we accept cash and cheque payment). Alternatively we can email you the reg. form - you can print it, fill it, attach payment (cheque in favour of "Geniekids") and send the form to us through
courier or hand delivery or do an ATM drop or even an online transfer.

Q6: Till when are registrations open?
A: Till there is vacancy in each age group. However, since group size is small and limited, early registration is recommended.
