Assignments

The whole course runs using an comprehensive online learning management system (called moodle).

For each session each participant write a sessioin report as well as does a et of assignments. Obviously all the assignments are entered online in this system.

The real benefit of the system is that it allows each participant to see (and comment) all the other particopant;s entries. That way i not only learn from doing my own assignemtns but also learn by reading what others are thingking, expereincing and experimenting. This multiplies the learnign many times and leads to true peer to peer learning.

Although the ASSIGNMENTS are not the way we decide that you are eligible for practical or not but there is minimum EFFORTS required by you before we commit to TRAIN you and put you across the children. It’s a question of COMMITMENT.

The assignment are NOT checked or assessed or graded by anyone. You are your own judge of EFFORTS and COMMITMENT.

You will assess your Commitment

1. YOU write session reviews
2. YOU attempt the assignments
3. YOU READ and Research on EVERY topic
4. YOU take INITIATIVE for your own learning
5. YOU prepare for the PRACTICAL as per the QUALITY expected
6. YOU are FINALLY assessed by the kids in your classroom :)
