How the training program works:
There are three components to the program:
1. Eight sessions (each three hours) held every saturday. The sessions are intense, insightful and very interactive. We use your live (child) examples.
2. Each session has a web based shared learning system - wherein each participant does assignments and shares with them peers attending the program. This sharing of thoughts, experiences, and experimentations leads to extension and enhancement of learning.
3. Extensive reference material in form of presentations, articles, weblinks provided through the website as well as on a CD.

Benefits to you:
1. Insights: While a lot of parenting is common sense, there is still a whole lot of insights into the process of learning and development that either we are not aware of or we think they do not apply to children. Myths abound, beliefs limit and we simply operate out of our own conditioning, instead of from a more aware mindset and knowhow. Take the classic exmaple of most paretns beleiving that we must answer children's questions. We put this beleif upside down to show you how you can actually empower your child by not doing so!

2. Strategies: We all seem to all know "what" we want for our child but not necessarily sure "how" do we actually do it and get it. Or sometimes we're unaware that we could actually be doing just the opposite of "what we want". lets take pusnishments for exmaple or we know that self esteem is important but how exactly we could be building it and even how we could actually be tarnighing the self exteem of the child by our small parenting acts.

3. Exploration -  a lot of paretning isn't about right or wrong - but about exploring and experimenting with different ways. Isn't each child different and aren't each one of us different? The objective here is to develop flexibility and multiple windows view point - so that, instead of a one-size-has-to-fit-my-child, we work out of spectrum of optional approaches.

Program Details:
Schedule will be as follows: All sessions afternoons 2:30pm to 5:30p. Batch Starts on 22nd Nov

- In Nov (2 sessions) 22nd, and 29th

- In Dec (3 sessions) 6th, 13th and 20th

- In Jan (3 sessions) 10th, 17th and 30th

(hence we leave out two saturdays around the new year and one sat around the long weekend of 26th Jan)

Cost:  2800/- per participant; Rs4200/- for both parents.
