Here is the presentation of Circle time training session.

The whole essence of Circle time (CT) is that it is a tool to empower not to correct behavioral issues.

In a CT process and activities - KIDS need to

  • come out with their own solutions.
  • need to realized by expressing freely
  • The group needs to come out with solution not the faculty

Afer the presentation above see these set of video which show three stages of circle time.

This circle time was about the conflict  of

When i know somebody else is doing wrong (according to me) but i feel tempted to *join in the wrong behaviour*. Example could be - "Me also jumping the red traffic signal when i see others doing the same".

We are using circle time when aunty sings circle time and we all come and sit together, once most of us are sitting others will call the ones still not in circle by saying please come and settle down we are waiting. We discuss our schedule for the day or as each activity is going to happen. We decide the acceptable and non acceptable things in circle time. Encouraging children to clal fro circle time if they want to discuss anything.
